It is important to note that a client establishing a Genuinely Diverse Commercial Vehicle for the purposes of holding property does not constitute a ‘financial promotion’; There is no ‘product’ being promoted merely an instruction being given by the client to establish a real estate holding structure for property on behalf of their pension scheme.
